Cancellation & Refund Policy


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • After 12 hours, the order is moved to processing / printing / shipping, and cancellation will not be possible.

  • To request cancellation, please contact us via Email / WhatsApp / Contact Us page with your order number.


Refund Policy

  • If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or refund.

  • Customers must raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos or an unboxing video as proof.


Non-Refundable & Non-Cancellable Items

Refunds or cancellations will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Size issues (customers are advised to check the size chart before ordering)

  • Minor color differences due to screen resolution or lighting

  • If the customer does not like the product

  • Custom / Print on Demand (POD) products, as they are made specifically on order

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Failure to accept delivery


Replacement Policy

  • In approved cases, a free replacement will be provided.

  • Replacement processing may take 7–10 working days.


Refund Process

  • Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method.

  • The refund may take 5–7 working days, depending on the bank or payment gateway.
