Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

After 12 hours, the order is moved to processing / printing / shipping, and cancellation will not be possible.

To request cancellation, please contact us via Email / WhatsApp / Contact Us page with your order number.
Refund Policy

If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Customers must raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos or an unboxing video as proof.
Non-Refundable & Non-Cancellable Items
Refunds or cancellations will not be applicable in the following cases:

Size issues (customers are advised to check the size chart before ordering)

Minor color differences due to screen resolution or lighting

If the customer does not like the product

Custom / Print on Demand (POD) products, as they are made specifically on order

Incorrect address provided by the customer

Failure to accept delivery
Replacement Policy

In approved cases, a free replacement will be provided.

Replacement processing may take 7–10 working days.
Refund Process

Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method.

The refund may take 5–7 working days, depending on the bank or payment gateway.
